More Maui projects is a continuation of projects which will receive state funding through the 1971-73 capital improvements program and the 1971-72 public improvements program just passed by the state legislature. The government, under Maui Mayor Elmer Cravalho, is doing an excellent job here. Probably no one else would be as effective in gathering funds for Maui.
